Formats CD – To help our clients meet the demands of vendors, we supply a CD of their logo in different sizes and in standard and popular formats.  Say your logo will be etched onto a trophy, the right format will there.  Embroidered?  Put on a billboard?  Made into an office or monument sign?  Screen printed on t-shirts?  Showcased in the local paper?  For these uses and more we have you covered.  The CD also includes the logo reproduction guide and your latest advertising files.

Logo Reproduction Guide - For every logo we turn over to a client, we also provide a logo reproduction guide to ensure the logo stays consistent in all applications of print and broadcast.  A logo guide is an important tool for the logo owner and to those entrusted to reproduce the logo accurately.  A logo is also a brand, and with a brand comes market and corporate identity.  In order for the logo owner to build and maintain a consistent identity in the market, the logo must be consistent in all forms of marketing, promotions and advertising (internal and external).

Future Updating and Enhancement – As your business grows, so should the logo.  And depending upon the final use of a logo, a certain amount of flexibility is required.  We take this into consideration with every logo and therefore offer updating and enhancement support for the life of the logo.  Updating and enhancement includes adding or changing registration/trademarks, slogans, dates, colors and minor graphic details.   These changes are then reflected in an updated Logo Reproduction Guide and Formats CD.

Brand Development

Services include logo design, color palette, font library, art/photo libraries, complete branding guide and promotional strategies.

Brand Guide - For every brand we turn over to a client, we also provide a brand guide to ensure consistency in all applications of print and broadcast.  A brand guide is an important tool for the brand owner and to those entrusted to reproduce the brand accurately.  Your brand is your identity in the industry and market.  In order for the brand owner to build and maintain a consistent identity, the brand must be consistent in all forms of marketing, promotions and advertising (internal and external).  Brand Guides include approved fonts, color palette, logo reproduction, accepted designs for office and sales support materials, and basic design parameters for all types of advertising and promotions.

Future Updating and Enhancement – As your business grows, so should the brand.  Updating and enhancement includes adding or changing registration/trademarks, slogans, dates, colors, fonts, design use, photos, images, and minor graphic details.   These changes are then reflected in an updated Brand Guide.

Photo/Image Libraries and Archiving – To support your brand you will need photos or illustrations that work with your brand in all your advertising and promotions.  We research and compile photo and image libraries specifically for your brand and your advertising and promotional needs.  These libraries are provided to you on CD.  We keep an archive of all your photos and images for you in case the CDs are broken or lost.  We also update your photo and image libraries as your brand or advertising changes, sending you new CDs as needed.

Lastly Brand Support – This means we are here for you if your guide gets coffee spilled on it or your printer misplaces your files.  All you have to do is contact us and we will make sure you get the right information in the right format sent to the right vendor as you need it.  This is our way of making sure your brand, your image always stays consistent and clear to your customers.
